Product Assembly
Our product assembly facilities have the capability to open products and product packaging, with product re-working, re-labelling products and re-packing products services available. Products can be either re-packed either into there original packaging or new packaging as needed. Our product assembly lines allows us to attach bar codes or price stickers quickly and efficiently.
We have experience in attaching labels and bar codes of various sizes directly onto tubes, products, plastic tubs, gift packs, retail packs, gift packaging, gift sets, retail packaging, swing labels onto retail packaging before placing back into cartons or retail packs etc.
The expansion into our prestigious new warehousing facilities has significantly increased our capacity. This means we can easily handle small right through to large volumes of product assembly, product re-working, product re-labelling and product repackaging. Our inhouse equipment allows us to provide shrink wrapping of products and sleeve wrapping i.e. placing two products together and shrink wrapping, or placing product security sleeves onto lids and shrink wrapping to seal the lid to the bottle for product security.
