Pick and Pack Services is a family owned business and we are delighted to have moved into our very prestigious new warehousing unit in August 2009. It is with pride and pleasure that we announce the completion and opening of our two hospital standard clean rooms and changing rooms, with clean room one conforming with the medical directive ISO 13485/2003 and ISO 9001/2008.

We have been producing colostomy packs, medical kits and medical packs on behalf of Coloplast for over ten years and our two new prestigious, hospital standard, clean rooms mean that we can now offer additional clinical and surgical product pouch packing for surgical instruments, procedure packs, ophthalmic, podiatry, dentist, veterinary through to plastic hospital trays, kidney bowls, bed pans, etc and packing first aid kits.

Seasonal Gift Packing

Pick and Pack Services now have the facility to offer seasonal gift packing services once again. With 102sq.metres of clean rooms and changing rooms and 102sq.metres of mezzanine floor space offering 12 packing tables we can provide pick and pack services with quality packing teams.
We offer contract packing in small to high volumes of gift set and gift pack product assembly and product packing covering all seasons, including Christmas, Valentines, Mothers and Fathers Day's and Easter.

Promotional Product Handling

During the past 12 years, we have successfully actioned promotional product handling contracts such as an Easter Duck plush toy promotion for One2One, a Valentines Teddy Bear plush toy for The Carphone Warehouse and a massive 75,000 Cool Snack Bag promotion product for the European Championship Cup, on behalf of the Rover Group.Other successful special promotional product handling projects include work on behalf of Sheffmed Ltd. Pick and Pack's involvement helped to ensure that their promotion was a huge success.

Welcome Packs, Information Packs & Exhibition Packs

Pick and Pack have collated and hand packed welcome packs and information packs in high volumes for various companies. These have included various size leaflets and information sheets which have then been inserted these into special packs to given to students or the general public. We can produce welcome packs and information packs into specific volumes to be despatched by post, carton, multi-carton or pallets.

Hand Collation, Insertions and Hand Packing

Pick and Pack Services welcome quotation requests for handling hand collation and packing of various volume of inserts being placed into welcome packs or information packs or folders. We are also capable of inserting title covers and CD discs into wallets or inserting specific flyers into product cartons or packaging. Promotional point of sale hand collation and packing of any forms for pubs, clubs, retailers or consumers can be handled to time scales and agreed costs.

Kit Collation

Pick and Pack Services have the facility to receive products as parcels, pallets, trailer or container loads. We can receive in bulk and break down ready to action any work that is then required. This often includes re-packaging, re-labelling, product assembly, kitting, kit collation of products, packing into acetates, display packs, price tag and price labelling of products. Promotional product collation and POS point of sale collation into small or large packs can be handled and delivered direct to pubs, clubs, golf clubs, retailers or retail distribution centres or shops.

Perfumes, After Shaves, Hand Creams, Lotions and Toiletries

Pick and Pack Services now offer high volume services. These including packing toiletries, hand creams, facial creams, lotions, perfumes, after shaves and promotional product packing into gift sets and gift packs.
We have over twelve years experience in gift sets and gift packs covering product packing of gift sets, seasonal gift sets and gift packs, including Christmas, Easter, Valentines days etc. Our in house experience includes product assembly and product packing of medical kits, perfumes and after shaves gift sets and gift packs.

Specialised Product Packing

In 2008, we were asked by Sheffmed Ltd., in Sheffield to produce a new way of presenting their product brochure and price list. We provided them with the unique concept of a wooden box with their company logo printed on the sliding lid. Within the box was a white mug with two logo’s, a box of Yorkshire tea and Yorkshire biscuits and a teddy bear with their logo printed onto its t-shirt. They presented this unique kit to surgeons, P.A’s to surgeons and key surgical medical staff and the response was a massive success with new trading accounts being opened with many leading hospitals.

Product Assembly, Re-work, Re-Packaging, Re-Labelling

Our product assembly facilities have the capability to open products and product packaging, with product re-working, re-labelling products and re-packing products services available. Products can be either re-packed either into there original packaging or new packaging as needed. Our product assembly lines allows us to attach bar codes or price stickers quickly and efficiently. We have experience in attaching labels and bar codes of various sizes directly onto tubes, products, plastic tubs, gift packs, retail packs, gift packaging, gift sets, retail packaging, swing labels onto retail packaging.

Clean Room Medical Product Packing

We now have

two hospital standard clean rooms

and changing rooms. Our clean rooms offer sterile medical instrument packing into pouches and general medical product packing to very high standards. We now await our classification and hope to achieve class 7 and additional ISO accreditations. This room has an adjoining 15sq. metre changing room. In order to eliminate cross infection or contamination this room contains a pass over, automated shoe cover dispenser and automated infra-red hand and towel dispensers. Staff can wear either hospital scrubs or nurses outfits, along with hair nets, face snoods and latex gloves. Clean room 2 offers 36sq. metres offers the same hospital standard packing that can accept a limited cardboard, acetate and vac form into the room for specialised product packing needs.

Surgical Instrument Pouch Packing

Having expanded our business into our very prestigious new warehouse facilities in during in August 2009, we have completed building two brand new hospital standard clean rooms from which we now offer a range of specialised clean room packing services. These include everything from medical instrument and surgical instrument packing into sterile pouches through to first aid kits, medical kits, Urostomy packs, urology packs, Colostomy packs, healthcare products and patient home packs. Our clean rooms are equipped with powder coated white tables, Polyclad walls as used in hospitals, specialised hygenic ceiling tiles finished in plastic, sealed lighting and hospital standard flooring. Our high standards of hygene carry through to our changing rooms which are equipped in the very latest in infra-red hand sanitizer and paper towel dispensers.

Warehousing, Fulfilment and Distribution

Although we only launched our company in April 2008, we rapidly out grew our initial small 1,500sq.ft. warehouse and in August 2009 we expanded into our very prestigious new warehouse in Dinnington, Sheffield offering 6,500sq.ft of warehousing and the option to quickly add additional warehousing units as we expand further. Today our various services include promotional product handling, kit collation and seasonal gift packing services. In addition to this we have just completed building two hospital standard clean rooms offering a range of medical and sterile packing solutions.

With past experience in call centre set-up and management, consumer redemption schemes, processing orders, internet purchasing and voucher counting and packing.
This is in addition to our experience managing direct retail shop orders for point of sale materials and promotional merchandise.
